Due to Safety related Signal Modernisation Work (Route Relay Interlocking) and also to facilitate smooth and better movement of trains, Railways are undertaking Non-Inter locking work in connection with commissioning of third line including other modernization work between Kharagpur & Shyamchak Stations under South Eastern Railway from 30th July to 9th August 2014. As a result, some of the south bound trains including to Odisha & Visakhapatnam and passing through East Coast Railway jurisdiction will be Diverted, Short Terminated and Cancelled during the period.
